Job Description
• Developing and executing effective business plans, designed to achieve agreed-to volume, market share and profit objectives
• Implementing need-based plans and strategies for maximizing profitability and revenue generation
• Analyzing market trends, tracking competitors’ activities and providing required inputs for product enhancement and fine tuning sales & marketing strategies
• Organizing creative marketing and brand promotional activities as part of brand building and market development initiatives
• Establishing strategic alliances
• Monitoring channel sales and marketing activities
• Implementing effective strategies to maximize sales, revenue and collections.
• Managing the complete Customer Life-cycle
• Developing relationships with Law Firms in the US and UK markets
• Developing new marketing and sales strategies to bring legal projects
• Must identify training needs of the team members and to draw plans in consultation with People and Culture to impart necessary training
• Formulate departmental actions, evaluate new approaches to problem solving and assess changing facts or conditions
• Actively participate, in co-ordination with the sales team, in RFPs and visits from new customers
• Must supervise and set sales targets, timelines for sales activity
• Responsible for performance management
• Identify new areas for market development
• Promoting legal services to clients offshore
• Should build PR and Media relations
• Must attend a number of trade fairs, conferences all over the country and outside to promote our legal services
Desired Candidate Profile
• A result oriented professional with at least 10 years experience in Marketing and Sales
• Must have passion for marketing and sales
• Must possess experience for developing and executing marketing and sales plans
• Must have experience in managing large teams
• Must have experience of managing offshore clients
• Must have experience of working either in a law firm or an LPO
• Must have experience of setting organizational and team goals
• Must have experience of training and developing team members
• Should possess sound academic record with MBA from a reputed B School
