• To monitor all secretarial works from minutes agenda, filing of returns and maintenance of records
• To act as a compliance officer, handling matter related to company affairs, secretarial/legal affairs, drafting/vetting of agreement
• Handling Statutory Compliances, Corporate Governance, due diligence matters
• Drafting & vetting of various legal documents – Agreement for Sale, Leave & License Agreement, Deed of transfer, Lease Deed, Power of Attorney, MOU etc
• Convening Board of Directors and General Meeting reporting
• Drafting, review of policies & procedures
• Ensure secretarial and legal compliance under Companies Act; Filing with ROC etc
• Liaison with statutory authorities, advice on Company law matters
Desired Candidate Profile
• Company secretary & Law graduate with 5+ years experience
• Experience in Company Law Compliance & other corporate Law
• Understand and manage the overall legal framework of the company with ability to understand business dynamics and provide the solutions
• Conversant with Company law & corporate laws
