• Coordinate with the clients on site and Offshore and interacting with clients across the globe
• Accountable for Profit and Loss of the unit
• Shift loading and process implementation and adherence
• Managing all the Legal process operational issues on daily basis as well as for longer durations
• Managing project in accordance with SLA’s
• Conducting periodical audits for process and security compliance
• Producing periodical reports in formats requested by clients
• Providing six sigma training in coordination with Process manager to all team members
• Team management and development
• Professional guidance and mentoring for Client managers
• Coordination with HR, Finance, Quality on necessary issues and updates to each functional managers
Desired Candidate Profile
• Must be a Law Graduate
• Preferably with Masters in Law (ML / LLM)
• Background in LPO is preferable
• Excellent knowledge in all legal processes outsourcing
• Should have experience of managing large teams
