Job Description
• Manage and coordinate the daily operations
• Provide management support and assistance to staff engaged in all transcription functions; to assist clients with transcription quality concerns; to ensure compliance of established turnaround times for transcription
• Building and Maintaining Strategic Working Relationships - develops collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals
• Establishes appropriate work standards, prepares work schedules and monitors compliance with set standards
• Work in collaboration with the software team by giving detailed, organized, and consistent inputs whenever required in written format to ease efficient automation of systems and processes
• Is liaison with Quality Team regarding system upgrades, training and performance issues
• Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms
• Maintaining effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment

• An effective communicator with strong team management, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent computer skills as a system administrator/applications specialist for transcription software
• Knowledge of industry-specific transcription guidelines
• Good Exposure of Interacting with different department and end customers for time specific rollouts and management
• Leadership - guides individuals and groups toward desired outcomes, setting high performance standards and delivering leading quality services
• Facilitation - ability to facilitate small to large groups of people at various organizational levels for purposes of planning, problem solving, or strategy development
• Managing conflict - dealing effectively with others in an antagonistic situation; using appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to reduce tension or conflict between two or more people
