Desired Candidate Profile
Primary skills:
• Should have excellent knowledge of law, preferably exposure to US judgments and court hierarchy
• Should have exposure to citation work
• Should have knowledge of using Lexis Nexis and Westlaw
• Should have excellent skills in speed reading US judgments and picking out issues
• Should have excellent command over the English Language both in Written and Oral Communication.
• Should possess business and process knowledge, understand workflows and operating procedures
• Should be proficient with computers and computer applications
• Should be able to manage a team of at least 45 people.
• Should be able to manage the floor and will be responsible for Shift activities.
Secondary skills:
• Should be able to supervise and evaluate staff, directly and through subordinates
• Should be able to manage multiple tasks often with competing deadlines.
• Should have ability to work as a member and leader of project teams
• Should be able to grow with the size of the account and move to other more complex processes or in more responsible roles.
