• Graduate / Post Graduates with more than 2 years of experience • Should be excellent communication skills, lot of confidence in penetrating unknown areas. • Should be strategic & cross functional thinker. • Should be bold to take on challenges and aggressive goals. • Should have relevant work experience a finding right prospects and selling IT & ITES services. • Hands on experience on few of the following strategies of tapping prospect clients like cold calling, online networking, analyzing market trends and researching on emerging opportunity areas.

• Responsible for Market Research, Lead Generation in offshore market (US/UK) based on our companies expertise & services. • Should arrange meeting with the key decision makers of client companies. • Should generate customized marketing collaterals, presentations, proposals by understanding clients need. • Analyzing and developing the databases by mapping the company from various angles. • Forward the call to our US Business Development team & ensure proper follow-up till project closure. • Implementation of the business development strategy, plan on opportunities, and providing support, where necessary, to other business development and marketing initiatives.
