Identification & Co-ordination with NGOs, / Consultants / Computer / Typing Institutes for effectively utilizing the database for fulfilling manpower requirements
Time office Management (attendance, leave administration etc.,)
Maintaining of Payroll Process
Handling of Statutory matters
Experience 2-3 years in ITES & Manufacturing sector |
Desired Candidate Profile
• Excellent communication skills - both written and oral (English and Kannada)
• Knowledge on Statutory laws is Mandatory
• Ability to work with people at all levels
• Accept responsibility and deliver as per timelines
• Should be having pleasing personalities with good interpersonal skills
• Willingness to Travel and Learn |
