Job Description
• Actively participate, in co-ordination with the sales team, in RFPs and visits from new customers
• Developing marketing collaterals for all products and services
• Working with sales team to set client target lists, timelines
• Monitoring performance of other employees
• Managing a team of sales and responsible for achieving timely sales targets
• Identify new areas for market and product development
• Building PR and Media relations
• Attending trade fairs, conferences in India and overseas

• Ability to strategies
• Must have ability to set and achieve own and team’s sales targets
• Must possess flair for marketing and sales
• Ability to lead and motivate a global team of senior executives
• Must possess an MBA degree from a premier league B-school OR equivalent
• Must be highly organized and should have a systematic approach to work
• Team player and ability to work effectively with people from various cultures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Effective time management skills
• Training new employees
• Should manage individual and team objectives in accordance with company objectives
• Should work towards enhancement of team morale and motivation through team building and recognition activities
• Prior experience In the LPO/KPO company will be preferred
