Definitions of Terms and Condition

Agreement—Means and includes the completed application form, its attachment(s) and the terms and conditions stated herein. It shall be deemed to have been executed at New Delhi.  

Company—The term “Company” is defined as “Excellect KPO Consultants Private Limited” an Indian company under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its corporate office at Plot No - H-6, Office No - 303, Aggarwal Towers, Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, New Delhi - 110034, INDIA.

Party/User/Parties/Users—The terms “Party” and “User” are used synonymously and are used for any entity using the website “www.kpoplacements.com”. This includes, but is not limited to, employers, job seekers, consultants, or any stakeholder using/or accessing any content, product, or service related to or from the website “www.kpoplacements.com”. Further, the terms “Parties” and “Users” are the plural form of the terms “Party” and “User”.

Employer—The term “employer” means any entity and/or person accessing the website “www.kpoplacements.com” for posting and/or uploading jobs, or accessing resumes for the purpose of offering jobs. The term “recruiter” may be used as a synonym in some places. 

Job Seeker—The term “Job Seeker” means any entity and/or person accessing the website “www.kpoplacements.com” or its services, products, or contents for the sole purpose of searching a job. This may include any fresh graduate, experienced industry professionals, retired person, and/or institutional bodies/schools or colleges seeking placements for their students. The term “prospects” may be used as a synonym at some places.

Consultant—The term “Consultant” applies to any entity and/or person, whose sole purpose of accessing the website “www.kpoplacements.com” is to offer employment solutions to employers and jobseekers.

Stakeholder—The term “Stakeholder” applies to any/or all the entities/person(s) accessing the website “www.kpoplacements.com” or its services, products, or contents for the sole purpose of providing employment solutions. This term has been used to cover any/or all such bodies outside employer, job seekers, and consultants which may be working in providing employment solutions and/or services either directly or indirectly to “employers” and/or “job seeker” via using the website “www.kpoplacements.com”.

www.kpoplacements.com—The term “www.kpoplacements.com” is defined as the sister concern of the internet web site of the Company “Excellect KPO Consultants Private Limited” at www.kpoconsultants.com.

Content—The term “Content” refers to all text, graphics, design, and programming that is used on the website “www.kpoplacements.com”.

Text—The term “Text” includes all the text located on every page of the website “www.kpoplacements.com”, in any form including, editorial, navigational, informational, or instructional.

Graphics—The term “Graphics” includes all the logos, button, banners and other graphical elements located on the website “www.kpoplacements.com”.

Resume—The term “Resume” refers to the document containing all the relevant information incorporated by the job seeker. The information includes job seeker’s qualification, work experiences, preferred contact information, and other relevant information.

Termination—The term “Termination” is the date of expiry mentioned in the notice, application form, its attachment(s) or/and the letter of termination.

Services—The term “Services” refers to the services to be provided by the Company to the party or user accessing the website “www.kpoplacements.com” and shall include the provision of following facilities:

• Service to the party or user wishing to post resume for the purpose of seeking employment.

• Service to the party or user who wishes to engage in employment services through the website “www.kpoplacements.com” and its internet links.

• Service to the party or user who wishes to place in a print advertisement in any of the group publications (example: LPO Watch) through the website “www.kpoplacements.com”.

• Service to the party or user who wishes to place advertisements on the website “www.kpoplacements.com”.

• Service to the party or user who wishes to receive advertisements and/or promotional messages on website “www.kpoplacements.com” and/or through other form of communications including e-mails.       

Other Websites— Means websites of the Company including “www.kpoconsultants.com”, “www.kpointernship.com”, www.kpotempstaffing.com, “www.lpowatch.com”, “www.kpotraining.com”, “www.kpoworkshops.com”.
